Spring Garden
This design is part of our seasonal series done on #18 mono Buttercream mono canvas. It is designed to look like a spring garden in bloom using 5 Thread Gather silkN colors, 3 Impressions, Soie Crystal, Elegance, Neon Rays, Splendor, Perle 5 & Perle 8. Mill Hill beads accent the piece. A variation of Jean Hilton's Triangle Jessica is used with crescent stitches and regular Jessica's. A great piece to stitch.
Spring Fling
This is the second in a series of small boxes. I have chosen to put hangers on them, butit would be the stitches choice. It is a series of using one stitch but adding something additional Box #2 is Overdyed floss, Splendor and Magnificia Beads. Box #3 is Overdyed floss, Splendor, Magnificia Beads and Treasure Braid #12. I used Lavender #18 canvas, but let your imagination go wild with threads and canvas colors. Finishing instructions are included in the chart pack. They can be used on a table, hung on a tree or filled with lavender and put in your dainties drawer.
Winter Reflection
This elegant geometric design is done in a diamond shape. The piece is done mostly in silk using Rainbow Galley threads, Elegance, Grandeur, Splendor, Patina, Coronet Braid #4 and #8, and Water & Ice. Stitches used are Rhodes Half Drop, Cross plus Two, Kennan, Crescent plus French Knots, 9 different stitches. The original was stitched on #18 Eggshell canvas but it looks great on black, Victorian Red or Green #18 canvas. It is a dramatic piece.
